administer the car parking facilities across the Rolls-Royce campus.

Both Mitie and NetFM UK are Data Processors as defined in legislation. Rolls-Royce Plc remains the
Data Controller for this information.

The car parking team will only use the information for the administering of the car parking facilities.
No information will be further disclosed to any external companies or bodies without your knowledge,
unless we are required to do so by law.

No data will be disclosed for the purpose of marketing purposes and will be handled in accordance with
privacy legislation.
